Order Cancellation Policy
You have 3 hours after your order submission to cancel your order. Submit a cancellation request with your Transaction ID from the Contact page.
Shipping Policy
Shipping to US destinations is free. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and other regional carriers to ship your goods.
For international orders, the shipping price is calculated at the time of purchase and based on the buyer’s location. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders ship 1 to 2 business days after the order date.
Returns and Refunds
You may return your item for a full refund for any reason up to 30 days after the delivery date. If returning a damaged or defective item, return shipping is free. For elective returns, the purchaser pays shipping costs.
